A homeowner with the question they have been sitting on

Bring the question you have been sitting on

Most people arrive already knowing what they want to ask — they have just never had anyone answer it straight. Ask it in the room, or put it on the registration form and I will have an answer ready before we start. Cameras stay off and you never have to speak.

Why this exists

About 5% of homeowners who try to sell For Sale By Owner actually complete the sale, and 64% of those who do say they did not get what they wanted. That is almost never about the seller. It is four fixable things: exposure, paperwork, pricing and negotiation. Every webinar takes one of them apart, in plain English, with no obligation attached.

The four fixable things — and who fixes them

Exposure, paperwork, pricing and negotiation. None of them is a character flaw, and none of them is a reason to hand over your equity. They are simply the four things the free coaching exists to take off your plate — one at a time, in plain English.

The four fixable things: exposure, paperwork, pricing and negotiation

No pressure means no pressure

You can attend and say nothing. Cameras off is fine. Ask nothing, take notes, and leave when you have what you came for.

It is not a listing presentation. Nobody is going to ask you to list your home. If you ever decide you would rather hand it over, that is a separate conversation you start, not one we start.

Nothing is for sale on the webinar. There is no fee for the webinar, no fee for the coaching, and no fee of any kind for the Free FSBO Coaching and Marketing Service.

Bring whoever needs to hear it. A spouse, a family member, a CPA — the more people at the table, the better the questions.

Questions before you attend

Do I have to talk or be on camera?

No. Most people listen with the camera off and never say a word. Questions can be typed in, or sent afterwards.

Is it really free?

Yes, and so is everything else we offer: 1:1 coaching, Triple MLS Syndication (RMLS + WVMLS + MyState MLS), every required Oregon form, and contract preparation. There is no listing fee and no commission, ever.

Will somebody try to list my home?

No. We will never ask you to list your home while you are selling it yourself. If you change your mind later, you are the one who starts that conversation.

I am not selling yet. Is it too early?

It is the best time. Pricing, preparation and paperwork decisions made early cost nothing; the same decisions made under a deadline cost money.

My listing expired, or I cancelled it. Does this apply to me?

Yes — and those sessions tend to be the liveliest. Round two is usually about exposure and price, and both are fixable.

What time zone are the sessions in?

All times are Pacific (Los Angeles) — Tuesdays 10:00 AM, and Mondays and Thursdays at 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If you are outside the Pacific time zone, start times shift for you accordingly.
